The Master and Margarita

Via The Guardian, looks like The Master and Margarita is being published as a graphic novel:

The book’s artist Andrzej Klimowski and his collaborator Danusia Schejbal will appear at the London Literature Festival on Saturday July 12 to present the book and discuss its visual translation from the original.

This could be great. I like the illustrations so far, but I’m wondering how well they will capture the feel of the novel—not only do we have the surreal present-day (for the time) Moscow experience, but the Master’s novel itself is an inner world that, for me at least, had a completely different atmosphere. It’s hard to tell for certain but it looks like they may accomplish this by transitioning from black and white to color illustrations.
